What to include

• Which app you're using, and its version (Settings › General › iPhone Storage, then tap the app).
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
